We are looking for a young, energetic and motivated IT Support volunteer to play a vital role in maintaining IT systems and supporting users in dynamic workplace. Who We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with hands-on experience through internships, practical training, or volunteering in IT support roles.
- Has strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure; including operating systems, email systems, printers, security tools, and productivity software.
- Is capable of monitoring system performance, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending or implementing improvements.
- Confidently provides technical support across platforms (Windows, Microsoft 365, etc.), and can clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users, including basic training when needed.
- A proactive individual, eager to learn, and keeps up with IT trends, innovations, and best practices.
- Demonstrates strong time management and multitasking skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Actively engages with the wider tech community through forums, events, exhibitions, webinars, or continuous learning platforms and brings that enthusiasm into their work.
- Possession of IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco,) are an added advantage.
- Foundational knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), cybersecurity, remote support tools, and basic programming skills is a plus.
